The Netherlands India Desk is an effort to have a commercial organization that is responsible to generate business between India and Rotterdam with the facilitation of City of Rotterdam Development Corporation in areas of the right linkages with the city, public and private sector. For the launch of the Netherlands India Desk, Frank Coomans, City of Rotterdam Development Corporation said:

The Netherlands India Desk is a partnership venture between Nayan Agarwal and Ruchita Puri.

Nayan Agarwal has been a part of the oversees growth of the Atherstone Realty business globally. He has been responsible for all realty fund creation, acquisition, development and management.

Mr. Agarwal has over 10 years of experience in international fund raising and private placement activities. He was previously associated with ABNAmro, IBM and Nestle, CSC and ICI UK in various roles. Mr. Agarwal is also involved in the wealth management and succession structuring and planning for large private clients.

Ruchita Puri has been the Managing Director of SR Works and has developed the creative agency into a global company. She has extensive experience in media, Public relations, brand launches like Dubai Balloon Festival 2006 ; Spaces in sky, promoting and developing business models between Indian and foreign companies and marketing solutions.

With over 11 years of experience in creative solutions, she has introduced various niche marketing concept for companies like Microsoft, Whirlpool, Bosch and Spicejet. She has been a news presenter in Doordarshan in India and a journalist in Canada, India and the Middle East.
